I struggle with bad days as an entrepreneur. Days where I feel like everything's gonna collapse. Like I'm not safe. One thing that helps: I mark an X on my calendar each time I feel low. Seeing 1-2 X's per month normalizes it. Would recommend if you struggle with this too.

It's amazing how fast the goalposts move in entrepreneurship. What was once a dream scenario becomes your minimum expected baseline. Growth is great but awareness and gratitude are just as important.

While I saw a glimpse of promise in one ad, I haven't been able to sustainably achieve CPAs that are low enough to make sense rn Despite considerable creative testing (given my resource constraints) So... Based on advice from Alin Dragu | CopyCreator & Thom Benny & Josh Spector I'll be

Been getting consistent calls booked for a high-ticket coach by sending 3 emails a week Gonna recommend ramping up to daily emails for a 30-day sprint If it boosts calls-per-week, great If not, we'll have tested 2x more angles in the same timeframe, doubling our learnings

Before writing a single email for Jawad Mian, I spent weeks studying his audience. How they think about market cycles. The phrases they use to describe the stress of investing. The research paid off: "Working with Dylan was an absolute pleasure. He has a rare ability to take

Wanna know a secret? Most email campaigns flop. 💩 Here's why: 80/20 says 80% of results come from 20% of inputs. (Thus 80% of your inputs only generate 20% of your results 💡) So how do you unearth those 20% "winners"? TESTING. 🧪🥼 That's why I rarely send only one

I'm at a momentary standstill with this table tennis project. I haven't driven Meta Ads CPAs low enough, consistently enough, for it to be a feasible acquisition channel long-term. While I could keep testing ads and perhaps strike a breakthrough creative... it likely won't
