Thank you to Berend Smit for sharing a tutorial on molecular simulation of adsorption with FOA14. His book was handed to me 20 yrs ago when I first learned these techniques

I am a few days late here, but I would like to thank FOA14 for the excellent conference! It was amazing meeting everyone in person after all this time. Also very thankful for the best poster award (3rd place)!

We would like your input on our next #IASWebinar panel session: Should we focus on ‘best practices in low pressure volumetric measurements’ or best practices in kinetic measurements’? Feel free to tweet us other topic ideas as well!

The IAS mourns the passing of Prof. Alan Myers (Penn Engineering) a legend in Adsorption, and the 1st President of #IAS. He formulated the Ideal Adsorbed Solution Theory (#IAST) along with Prof. Prausnitz. Even after 50 years, #IAST remains a cornerstone of mixture thermodynamics.
