Hypertension is a modifiable risk factor for stroke & cognitive impairment. David Wong Zhang @CCBDR_LTU studies if this affects post-stroke cognitive outcomes. He found that the combination of hypertension & stroke led to greater learning impairment. Interesting work David! #ANZMS2021

I thoroughly enjoyed my discussions at Students of Brain Research (SOBR) dinner. This event has broadened my definition of “plasticity” and now I’m really excited to be researching in the #neuroscience space! Well done to Angela Fan and Colleagues on a very successful event!
