It is with great sorrow that I have to announce that my beloved father, Lord Doug Hoyle, passed away peacefully at home late last night with his family by his side. The whole family are devastated.

I am pleased to see that Girlguiding have reversed their decision to stop their services in the British overseas territories. MPs from across the House have been rightly concerned about this issue. Thank you to Girlguiding Northwest for stepping in to support this vital service.
