I'm appalled that the Government is considering penalising charities for providing basic shelter to our homeless. It's a disgraceful & inhumane policy, more concerned with aesthetics than addressing the suffering and systemic causes of homelessness. ALASTAIR CAMPBELL FT UK Politics
