Great work by my collaborators @AifeDoyle Jocelyn Chalmers & Prof Aleksandra Cichocka in evaluating gender differences in one of the few incentive systems of academia. More change is necessary to reduce gender bias, especially within a field carrying the banner of the study of prejudice.
