Memo to me: Never again do the evil laugh over text. It just looks dumb

Yesterday's outing was only partially successful: The warehouse we hit for parts didn't have everything we wanted, but we got away clean.

Mounting the holoprojector to Max was perfect, btw. It's really nice having a super-fast maxiprocessor taking care of those details. :)

We actually put off getting the rest of the supplies for a few days, so we could clear out the warehouse first. It's clean now. SO MUCH ...

Escape tunnel dug from the warehouse, in case we need a quick getaway. Next up: raiding a metal supply for raw materials. Should be easy. :)

While max drives us to the warehouse, more details on the tunnel:

Basically, Max is a powerhouse. He dug the tunnel by himself, with tools he designed and built, and cleaned up the mess. Amazing.

(He's still not allowed to use the ctedit cards again, though.)

Literal tons of metal were acquired. The warehouse employees cowered in fear from Max's "war robot" holograms while he loaded the truck.

We're still in need of some precious metals and some obscure materials, but we're almost ready to start. It's still a surprise, though! ;)

Today's activity: robbing a jewelry store! It's not for cash, though, but for precious metals.

Seriously, where else are we going to get that much platinum and gold all in one trip? ;)

We have the materials. We havethe technology. We can rebuild him.

We're not exactly rebuilding Max, tho. We're just going to build Max more bodies. Time to get to work. :)

We're halfway through the first extra body. We should be done by tonight, and then things'll really take off. Exponential progression!

So, the limit on extra bodies that max can control seems to be 15. At 16, his control starts to be... STUTTERY. They lurch around a lot.

I'm still damn impressed, though. I now have a full lab of assistants! Time to start designing earthmoving equipment!

Need to rob another bank again soon, too. Gonna have to rob a bank again.

Robbed the bank without problems. It's getting kinda boring, honestly. Won't need to, soon.

Working on something big now. Will be a while until the next update, I want it to be a surprise. ;)
