History Maker 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Really nice moment as Team Wales para-triathlete sees his wife and kids at the end of the men’s PTVI race. Jones, 42, finished fourth alongside guide Rhys James and became Wales' first para-triathlete to compete at a Commonwealths.
