On 22 May 2025, the Bureau, led by Dr Vinaya Prakash Singh, welcomed the Japanese delegation headed by Mr Yuji Aoki, MIC, Japan. Both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest in the postal sector and explored avenues for continued engagement and constructive dialogue.
