8 years ago today, Liam Gallagher played his first solo concert at the 02 Ritz in Manchester. He donated all profits from the concert to the 'We Love Manchester' fund following the bombing at the Manchester Arena that killed 22 people.

According to the Daily Mail, the setlist for the Oasis tour will start with Acquiesce and finish with Champagne Supernova: "They've even decided their opening and closing songs: the classics Acquiesce and Champagne Supernova, which will delight fans"
