Training starts today as well! Two hours on the turbo after third christmas lunch in 4 days.

Did the London Ultra 50km yesterday. Beautiful day and nice route through 10 parks from SE to NW. Total 56.1 km (got lost!!), time 6:14.

Just returned from a great Lanzarote Everyday training camp. Total 3.5h swim (8 km), 26h bike (626km, 9 km ascent) and 3.5h run in 6 days!

Got a late place in the VLM with Age UK two days ago, started emergency training yesterday with a predawn Edinburgh run up to Arthur's Seat!
