20 years of change in the US beef industry according to data from USDA and US EPA. Reducing emissions intensity can mean lowering total GHG emissions. We can do more in the future to⬇️ GHG emissions, improve resiliency, & enhance the advantages of beef (upcycling). #Jevonsparadox
