يُذكر في المقال أهمية أن تكون الإدارة المحلية محور اهتمام الباحثين وصناع القرار في إحداث أكبر تأثير في تقدم وتمكين المرأة، فإنه عندما تكون كيانات الإدارة المحلية شاملة وشفافة وممثلة لجميع أفراد مجتمعها، فإن احتياجات مجتمعاتها تنعكس بدقة في السياسات التشريعية.

وتشير Dr Souad Mohamed، القائمة على برنامج المرأة في الإدارة المحلية في@KSCLG كذلك لجهود المملكة في تمكين المرأة من خلال رؤيتها 2030 في زيادة نسبة مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل وأن الإحصائيات في سنة 2022 تشير الى أن المرأة تمثل 33.6% .

وأخيراً ، وكما ذُكر، فإن الوقت ليس مناسبًا فحسب للباحثين وصناع القرار، بل أنه عاجل مع اقتراب عام 2030 سريعاً لمعالجة التوازن في الإدارة المحلية لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا من أجل تسريع المسار الإيجابي للمنطقة ومساعدة نموها.
