Need to better:

Understand and address root causes of hesitancy (including misinformation)

Improve access especially amongst under-served and minority and vulnerable populations (e.g. low income urban settings, migrant populations etc )

expensive !

We ran dozens of focus groups between 2020-2023 and spent A LOT less than £2 million !!!
