We can thank PROP and ⁦OPEN⁩ for allowing this level of torture. Our gov continues to fund anti-opioid zealots and profiteers such as Don Stader, Don Teater, Michigan Opioid Collab, to push a narrative that allows for this to happen. Anyone care to address this?

All of you Suboxone pushers out there, maybe you could find it in your hearts to start pushing against taking all pts on opioids and putting them onto Suboxone? New pt story: "I am in the hospital and this doctor that’s pain medicine tried to tell me I had OIH even though I’ve

“You Don’t Just Drive By the Accident, You Call It In.” That’s how Dr. Chad Kollas sees this fight. And he’s right, and some of us are out here pushing back, every day, no matter how hopeless it looks. Please don't lose hope. 🎧 Early version of Ep. 57 is up for patrons now of

If the overprescribing theory were true, you would expect drug deaths to go down as opioid sales did. But in subsequent years, overdoses linked to prescription opioids stayed flat and drug deaths surged even higher.”

So many fighting for Suboxone access (bc let’s face it, that’s what this is about), but nobody actually fighting for disabled sick pain pts having adequate care - so addiction can be protected under ADA but not disabled pain pts. Make this make sense.

How much have you taken from Indivior? Addiction medicine? Treatment center industry? It wasn’t enough that you push to remove prescription opioid it’s now you have to remove Kratom also why because she wants Suboxone to be the only option?

The Sackler fatigue is real Here’s my problem with certain cannabis advocates; why do they feel the need to verify full agonist opioid medications/Sacklers to promote cannabis? Same with every other non-opioid option Why?

Once again, you have spent the last 15 years intentionally stigmatizing prescription opioids, teaching red flags , and encouraging patient profiling . But now all of a sudden, you think the reason people can’t access buprenorphine is simply for stigma for OUD. Have you ever

Here’s Andrew Kolodny of PROP/Brandeis University lying again and the journalist wasn’t courageous enough to ask for sources There are zero urgent cares in RI/MA/CT/VT who are prescribing opioid medications We want prison time for the doctors of PROP

Still using the CDC guidelines to sanction providers, I see. Still ensuring that abandoned, chronic pain patients from being abandoned also. I bet if this were a Suboxone pts, they would already have a new doctor. Nobody cares about the abandoned CPP. iowacapitaldispatch.com/2025/08/26/phy…

“I begged the nurse for some pain medication.” “When the doctor came in, he looked at me and told me that he could give me a placebo, and that my body would think it was a pain medication”
