Witnessing all the violent racist attacks in England in utter disbelief & horror I was born & raised in England & have been a doctor in the NHS for over 15 years I’m British. Yet, for the first time, I feel I don’t belong in my own country and fear for my own & my kids’ safety

The response rate to this national survey wasn’t huge but every example of these behaviours is unacceptable. As trainers we need to call out these behaviours, provide safe pathways for doctors to raise concerns and recognise the impact sexual harassment and assault can have.
