Day 220 🇺🇸 - Minot to Devils Lake 202km. After a late start we pushed on into the night to make sure we remained on track for October 7th arrival in New York.

Day 221 🇺🇸 - Devils Lake to Grand Forks 134km. Finally experienced the crippling headwinds of North Dakota which feel like you are cycling in treacle for 6 hours. Ended the day on a high though as we stumbled upon an all you can eat Chinese buffet. drmikeonabike.com/donate

Day 222 🇺🇸 - Grand Forks to Cass Lake 🏕 223km. A 10 hour ride to a hidden campsite overlooking Cass Lake. Never easy arriving at a campsite in the darkness and trying to find the only working tap.

Day 223 🇺🇸 - Cass Lake to Duluth 221km. After 12 days and nearly 2000km of cycling we arrived in Duluth ready for a much needed rest day.

5 days ago we crossed the border into Spain. 720km later and we have ticked off country number 24. Today we crossed back into France and have just 5 days to get to Dieppe.

Tomorrow we are set to embark on the penultimate day of the trip. We have 300km to ride and 16hrs to do it in if we are to catch the morning ferry. Having some difficulties getting the tickets booked. Any chance of a helping hand @dfds_uk
