Alison Tree 💙 No thank you, I am not interested in spin and pace trials have shown significantly worse toxicity with sbrt, I am not a fan of sweeping toxicity under rug

Dr Kamal Thippu MD FRCR Well I respectfully disagree, pace-b conclusion w/ spin, down playing greater toxicity with SBRT, and editorializing about a “new standard of care” is problematic. This might make sense in NHS system where strong incentives to do the least amount of treatment possible, period

Eminence Advisory economist Dimitri Burshtein said changing the superannuation tax rules after people had invested was manifestly wrong. “It is utterly egregious to tax unrealised gains and it is unindexed.” John Kehoe Financial Review

Has anyone used SpaceOAR where SBRT is being considered for a solitary kidney RCC with <1 mm (but clear) fat plane to large bowel? Radical nephrectomy would mean dialysis, and let's say patient is highly motivated to avoid that route. Hypothetical, but curious. Shankar Siva
