Anybody doing cardio neural ablation for syncope? If so how are you coding it?

Nice case of anterior wall recently that converted to mitral flutter and then terminated. Also nice of ripple showing small area of conduction into mid right PV posterior antrum

Another case showing mitral flutter but in a patient with no prior AF or LA ablation. Able to anchor line to an area of electrical silence at roof of RPV

Nice case of VT with syncope done by my partner today with impella support First map we have seen in a while. Who knew that VT could such a great escape from reality!

This was a nice case of scar flutter in a patient with remote federal septal defect repair. Terminated with the first burn. Excellent mapping by Cassidy Styles

This is the same patient with the atrial septal defect who not surprisingly also had counterclockwise right atrial flutter but surprisingly also had AV node recently tachycardia and a left atrial mitral annular focal tachycardia.
