We are supposed to be somehow satisfied that a “panel of experts” will approve each applicant for assisted dying. Read the sad and tragic case of Sudiksha Thirumalesh, and tell me how the safeguarding will work when there is no possibility of an appeal or a coroners' inquest.

I observed this festival and interviewed participants, who informed me that the dancer becomes the deity. Nothing in my upbringing could prepare me for this interaction. But such an interaction is still needed.
