This weekend was spent in Orlando, FL with my granddaughter, Aidan, at the prestigious Cheerleading Summit. One of her teams, Sapphires, placed 4th in their division. The other team, Silk, earned a third place finish. How awesome to be in the top four of teams internationally!!

Our seven-year-old granddaughter, Aya, just had her picture in her first mixed media art showcase. The way she loves art and with her talent, this will be the first of many!

In this baseball season, which commemorates the 50th Anniversary of Hank Aaron's 715th homerun, it is only fitting that my grandson, Aaron, and his dad stand with him. Hank Aaron was #44. Our Aaron was born at 3:44 and delivered by Jackie Robinson! What more can I say!
