Today has been a good day 😊 It started with work for the Preventative Mental Health (PMH) Consultancy I recently founded. By about mid-morning, I moved from Consultancy work to Royal College of Psychiatrists PMH work. Photo is some of the amazing team who facilitated the PMH webinar this afternoon!

Honoured to be featured in the Spring edition of @RCPsych Insight magazine. The article highlights some of my journey to becoming an Equity champion for the Liaison Faculty, and shares some of the equity initiatives at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

On 3rd May 2025 I was in Leeds for the Medical Assoc of Nigerians Across Great Britain Spring conference + Charity Ball. Just realised I had not shared about it here. I spoke on Mental wellbeing! I was honoured to be invited to run a workshop, in collaboration with Dr Oge Ilozue of the MANSAG Welfare committee.

Mentorship is an indispensable tool for achieving success. I have unlocked so many levels in life by having mentors. If you haven't got mentors, start looking. The best place to start is where you are. Find people who care enough about you to guide you

Always a pleasure to contribute to the Royal College of Psychiatrists Public Mental Health Course! We again had a lovely, diverse group of participants from within and beyond the UK, and at various levels of their careers. I can't wait to see what they get up to as they move on from this course.
