Dark chocolate contains flavonoids that increase blood flow to the brain & heart and reduce inflammation in the body.

It’s therefore beneficial for blood pressure, reducing stress, boosting mood and slowing age related brain decline.

Look for types that are at least 80% dark.

Sitting for more than an hour without moving is a bad habit we should all avoid.

It promotes inflammation which drives most diseases.

Sitting can therefore increase your risk for sickness and an earlier death.

Walking does the opposite.

Please keep this in mind always!

Sex is beneficial for health but should not be considered as exercise😊.

You still need to to go out there and get those required minimum 3 hours a week.

Please take care of your health.

It’s cheaper and more sustainable to be healthy than to be sick.

In any case, you don’t want to fall seriously sick in most parts of Africa.

In many cases what could have been treated ends up as a story of tragedy and failed medical systems.

Seriously, how crazy have people become that they can allow a man to compete in a women’s event or to use a female toilet because he feels like he is a woman?

It’s absolutely crazy!!
