Today, someone brought up a school that looked at GRE + grad school performance and found they were negatively correlated. Setting aside other issues with the GRE, Isn’t that collider bias? It looks negatively correlated because we conditioned on getting into grad school 🤔

Worth noting that, thanks to the JASA Reproducibility Initiative, *all* of these papers have code and (most) data available as supplemental material.

This is my annual reminder that read_csv() is vectorized so you don't need to use map() or lapply() to read in a list of csv files. Simply use list.files() to create a list of paths to your csv and from there pass it to readr's read_csv(). #rstats
