One of the most debilitating myths of our time is the assumption that inequality and ecological breakdown are artefacts of "human nature", and therefore inevitable, when in reality they are artefacts of capitalism and can be changed.

As human beings we essentially belong to the same family and we have to think of each other as part of ‘us’. To develop peace in the world, we have to educate people to understand that we are all the same in being human.
