‼️ LMWH doesn’t reduce thrombo-embolism post ICH + ⬆️ bleeding. Stockings don’t work. Only IPCs work (unless contraindicated eg skin break). Careful - many ICH are put on LMWH routinely in ICU Imperial Stroke Soma Banerjee luciodanna Kevin Tsang
