Our two-week visit to China has been very busy and productive. It was great to meet with so many Chinese Early Years practitioners, young children, parents and ECE researchers. We will further strengthen our partnerships to enhance research impacts Dr Rachael Levy Dr Yan Zhu
We Dr Rachael Levy Dr Yan Zhu shared our research at the Forum in Yangzhou University and discussed interdisciplinary research in Education and Psychology. In Haidian Teacher Education College, we Dr Rachael Levy held a hybrid workshop on conducting participatory research with children and using the Mosaic approach as a pedagogical approach. The live stream of the workshop reached out to over 1000 early years practitioners in China.
We visited 10 kindergartens of diverse background across Beijing, Shenzhen and Yunnan over the past 3 weeks. With colleagues Beijing Normal University ,we visited kindergartens in mountain areas in Yunnan. Really appreciated the opportunity to meet with the teachers and children.
