I raised this -a German Gov system-in Holyrood in 2014

We actively avoid doing work with the NHS as once a CCG took many months to pay an invoice and only paid it after I made a formal complaint. Similar issues with councils.

It should be straight forward to fix this.

E-invoicing helps but NHS charges care providers £000’s to have their invoices paid this way.
