Surpassing pre-pandemic levels, our 3rd-8th grade students' reading proficiency levels increased by 4.6% points in the 2023-2024 SY, marking the highest proficiency in English Language Arts (ELA) on the Illinois Assessment of Readiness (IAR) exam since 2015.
