We did not find a difference in drain days when immediate lymphatic reconstruction was performed at the time of ALND. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40231739/ We did see a ⬇️ in seroma without any increased risk of infection. Immediate lymphatic reconstruction is safe. Does it ⬇️ lymphedema? TBD
