I knew I had covid but I wanted to see how many days it took for a test to show positive after my symptoms started. Bit worrying as most of my patients test at onset of symptoms and then think they don’t have covid. (I bought these tests myself, not wasted NHS resources).

'My colleague used to leave at 4 every day and go and see his kids. All I could think was why don't you work harder, you could do so much more. It's now clear I was the one in the wrong' Great insights from Josh Hartzell, MD, MS-HPEd on the importance of seniors role modeling #ICRE2024

So YouTube has now enabled 3 minutes shorts! Which is great, as trying to get medical info into 60sec is - well I spent more time writing the script than actually communicating! Here’s the first 3-minute short: Can you breastfeed and drink alcohol? youtube.com/shorts/_zcG1uz…

Ok. It’s official. Doctors have fans. I may have fan boyed a *little* today I met Dr. Hilary Jones MBE - AND SHOOK. HIS. HAND! He was very pleasant, especially as the most I could manage to string together coherently was “I’ve been watching you on GMT since I was as school!” 😂

Was recently invited to YouTube HQ in London, the FIGS team was also present, who kindly provided us with embroidered scrubs - even as a GP I’ll be able to use, as I often wear them in clinic The best part…dedicated pen pocket!! (I’m sure pens in clinic have legs!!! 🖊️ 💨
