An amazing registration on the weekend, for a brilliant virtual conference…. Paediatrics Vital. Thank you to all our speakers for their excellent talks, our partners and all of you who attended for helping make the charity the most recognised globally for outreach radiology.

You can't be a great radiologist without fully understanding normal images and normal anatomical variants. There is a tinyΒ epiphyseal spur, a normal variant that shouldn't call a fracture! Paediatric X-rays are usually full of normal variants. Case courtesy Jeremy Jones #radiopaedia

I’m totally biased but this is awesome value! Plus you’ll be helping to support free course access in 125 low and middle income countries. In fact, already tens of thousands of people have completed Radiopaedia courses for free thanks to this support 🌍🌎🌏

A 17 yo F refers for wrists pain with a long history of #corticosteroid therapy for proteinuria and #pamidronate therapy because of secondary osteomalacia. This case demonstrates a typical zebra stripe #sign usually seen due to cyclical bisphosphonate therapy, e.g. pamidronate.

Did you know that every single one of these 50k+ cases and 16k+ articles on Radiopaedia.org, and every single edit to them, is peer-reviewed by the editorial board? It's the largest peer-reviewed radiology resource on the planet, and completely free-to-access. How great is that?

(Thread) In the first What If? book, I answered a question about cooking a steak by dropping it from space. At one point, I commentedβ€”jokingly!β€”that if anyone put a steak in a hypersonic wind tunnel to gather better data, I’d love to see the video. Well, I have good news.
