Excited to publish my first results from my research. I asked adult and paediatric SLTs about barriers and facilitators to #DevLangDis diagnosis. One theme of 'Adults missing the DLD boat' is especially relevant to this years #DLDday theme of #GrowingwithDLD #RADLD RADLDcampaign

Hooray! Already enjoyed the first two talks I’ve been to this morning, and now looking forward to hearing more about unlearning ableism in speech and language pre-reg courses by Claire Westwood ! #NDinHE2
Interesting to hear Lorna Hamilton talking about the double epidemic injustice done to neurodivergent children in research - it’s assumed they cannot give meaningful input because they are a) children and b) neurodivergent. Great to hear this challenged #NDinHE2
So many interesting insights from Project Inc led by Lorna Hamilton and Spectrum First - this is just one snapshot. Unsurprising to see masking mentioned by neurodivergent students - this impacts on the viability of students’ needs #NDinHE2
