The disc is apparently healthy in this patient. Fields and OCT are almost within normal limits. I would still like to go ahead with diurnal IOP check.

Variation of more than 6 mmHg will prompt treatment. If negative, I would like to just wait and watch yearly.

Since last couple of years, I’ve diagnosed kids with progressive myopia due to mobile addiction and referred for psychiatric treatment.

Mobiles in kids’ hands is no joke. Period.

Apparently #Nagpur had its Porsche moment.

This was a 38 year old gentleman, referred for glaucoma evaluation. Left eye was lost to trauma 10 years back. Rest history insignificant.

OD findings:

BCVA 6/6
IOP 24 mmHg
Gonio open angles 360 degrees with minimal pigmentation
Disc as shown
Retina attached

OCT and field

I invariably see a lot of steroid induced IOP rise in such cases.

My son shouldn’t see this. He’ll surely lose more and more cricket balls on the ground 😁

That’s a double monocular pterygium. We would do a split conjunctival autograft.

Limbal graft goes nasally and outer goes temporally.
