A colleague sent me this photo of Tom Harris, MBChB presenting exciting reconstructive “Uroplastics” work at #PSTM24 on stomal stenosis in exstrophy patients. Plastic Surgery PDs, if he isn’t on your short list, you’ll miss out on this bright talent!

We will begin considering applications after Feb 1. Please send two LORs, a CV, and a med sch transcript (can be unoff) to [email protected] to apply. Position is 5 days/wk in-person in Baltimore, opportunities for clinical and basic sci focused on exstrophy.

Mentorship by myself, Chad Crigger, MD, MPH , and Heather Noelle McCaffrey Di Carlo, MD including review of all application materials and advocacy to progs. A hard worker can expect 10+ publications and 3-4 first-author papers (or more) and as many presentations at domestic/intl confs.

Plenty of opportunity to collaborate with adult uro and other depts. Other duties including attending weekly departmental Grand Rounds, helping with my keynote presentations for domestic and international meetings, and finding your replacement when you match!
