Saw A MINECRAFT MOVIE with a packed house tonight. Multiple times where fans burst into applause and cheered at moments that went over my head. One moment included a pig in a crown. Anyways, I’m old but I’m glad they had fun.

#MISSIONIMPOSSIBLE - THE FINAL RECKONING ties up loose ends of the franchise while also coming full circle on storylines I never imagined would be revisited. The wonderfully insane stunts are to be expected, but the film really hinges on the tension throughout. It’s a great time!

My review of #MissionImpossible - The Final Reckoning. Overall I had a great time even if the storytelling and attempts to connect all the entries in the franchise takes precedence over adding more action set pieces. The action is still thrilling and full of tension.

BRING HER BACK, the newest horror entry from A24, had my anxiety racing the entire runtime. Distressing and gross. Sally Hawkins is a new iconic horror villain. Loved it.

THE LIFE OF CHUCK is further justification that Mike Flanagan is the best at bringing King to screen, even when the source material is quiet reflection rather than big scares. Overall a joy.

#Materialists is charming, witty and just overall refreshing. Breaks some romcom cliches and has you rooting for everyone. Celine Song is two for two.
