I had to take 2 weeks off lifting and throwing to rest & rehab my shoulder - I hated it but it was needed. I came back Mon, threw shot Tues, qualified Wed, and hit a PR today. I didn’t hit my goal, but did score 1pt & it made a difference! Great job Wakeland Track & Field JV Boys!

My mom and I volunteered with Bedstart again this morning - they give beds and furniture to people who need them. Every time we serve there, I see how much it really matters. If you’re looking for a way to give back, check it out!
