Today marks 25 incredible years with UNICEF — a journey that has shaped my life in ways I never could have imagined. Forever grateful for every moment and every soul I’ve met along the way.

Over 3.5 years, the EU and UNICEF Kosovo Programme improved child protection in Kosovo: ✔️ Services for vulnerable children ✔️ Support for children with disabilities ✔️ Peer mediation in schools ✔️ Stronger local systems 🇪🇺 EU remains committed to protecting every child’s rights in Kosovo.

Mr. Johannes Madsen, Head of Cooperation at the 🇪🇺European Union in Kosovo, expressed gratitude for the partnership w/UNICEF & reaffirmed the EU’s continued commitment. “As the largest donor in Kosovo, the EU takes pride in advancing the protection & rights of the most vulnerable children".

The Acting Deputy Minister of Justice, Mr. Vigan Qorrolli highlighted that the Ministry of Justice will continue to support the system change for the most vulnerable children in Kosovo.

W/partners, change is not only possible, it’s happening. This partnership brought together institutions, civil society & communities, building stronger systems to protect children in street situations, support children w/disabilities, prevent violence & promote inclusive justice.
