Day 1! Started wth a thought-provoking symposium by Robert Krueger on the #HiTopModel and approaches to measuring psychopathology. Given our work with youth I’ve developed a strong interest in measurement of mental health in this population, this was a v.interesting conversation!

Had a great morning discussing our upcoming work on measuring child and youth mental health. I discussed insights form psychometrics and how this impacts how we measure, conceptualize and ultimately understand the development of mental health in youth. Thanks for having me! 😊

Had the pleasure of being invited to speak at Belfast City Hall yesterday for the #Take5 Workplace Celebration. Amazing to hear from Northern Ireland organisations prioritising well-being, from regular cancer screenings to 2 hours a week for personal time for their employees! 👏🏼

Thank you to the The Offord Centre for Child Studies for the opportunity to share my research on interpersonal relationships, youth #MentalHealth, and measurement at yesterday's #LunchAndLearn! This was such a fun time, and I loved the truly thoughtful discussion.

I guess it's official! 🌟Delighted to share that I have accepted a position as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Psychology & Mental Health at Queen's University Belfast. My research will focus on child & youth mental health and well-being. Looking forward to this new chapter!
