Weird case. 4th Afib ablation (2nd by me). Presents in AF, cardioverted, isolated right PVs. Case "concluded." But while awake on table developed AT and VT, intermittently, never simultaneously. Ablated VT at low RV septum. Mapped AT focus to non-coronary cusp. #EPeeps

Great #AbbottAF case on this redo pt. with Scott Koerber! By utilizing #HDGrid we were able to map both pre and post LA in 16 minutes with over 20,000 points collected. A total ablation time of 32 minutes was taken to re-isolate all 4 PVs! Abbott Cardiovascular #EPeeps

Had an interesting roof-dependent LAFL, #EPEEPS. We placed HPSD lesions at our suspected critical isthmus with no effect on the TCL. Switching to a longer RF application at a lower power terminated the tach. Did #OT show us an epicardial connection? #HDGrid #TrueEGMs #AbbottAF

Post MAZE c. 2014 pt presented in aAFL. LA aAFL and ABL resulted in RA aAFL and ABL. Extremely impressive “full CL-esque” signals in both LA and RA on #HDG. RA septal ABL terminated arrhythmia after LA aAFL and RA aAFL ABL. 200k+ pts collected in total. Strong work by Jonathan Hsu, MD

An atypical atrial flutter appears late in the case after already drawn a roof line. It exits along an area of the posterior left atrium. Further ablation along the roof line (not the exit site) lengthened and then terminated the flutter. I cannot explain it! #EPeeps
