We first set a Guinness World Records world record for the highest voltage lemon battery at my 2016 Royal Institution #xmaselctures. But we lost it last year. Not sour. We now have the record back 'squeezing' 2,307 volts from 2,923 lemons via Royal Society of Chemistry & Fran Scott See video rsc.li/lemon-battery
