Today #Armenia participated in a procedural meeting at Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague in the arbitration initiated by Azerbaijan a year ago under the Energy Charter Treaty. Armenia looks forward to finalization of the procedural rules and the vindication of its position in due course
