Now Amazon is saying it may be delivered on 20th June . This is clearly a breech of contact between Amazon and customer and the breech has been done from the part of Amazon by not delivering product in time as they promised at time of placing order .

They have violated their vicarious liability. So they must be penalized and they have to compensate me for this type of breech of contract.

Moreover they have a careless and reluctant customer care service where the customer care executives takes each and every issue lightly and use try to divert and dilute each and every vital issues . So, this must be redressed.
