In young patients with degenerative labral tears, my preference is to reconstruct the labrum primarily, along with treating the #HipFAI. 1st pic-labrum tear. 2nd pic-putting in graft. 3rd pic-anterior labral recon. 4th pic-posterior labral recon. #HipArthroscopy

The best time to treat a labral tear with #HipArthroscopy is before that patient starts getting chondral damage (early arthritis) from their hip FAI.
