Cases of Severe hypercholesterolemia are being diagnosed frequently. A 40 years old lady who underwent PCI and is being treated with atorvastatin 80mg along with ezetimibe 10mg.Her LDL is 5.2mmol/L. As PCSK9 inhibitors and Bempedoic Acid are not available in the country.

Few years back when we started ASD device closure under TEE guidance and TAVI in Nepal… Now two abstracts and five cases got accepted for presentation in the prestigious conference in Asia Pacific region. CSI Asia Pacific Bangkok.
