I used to do a lot of CrossFit. Then I had kids. My 7 son has been ‘working out’ with me recently and tonight asked to leave his shoes next to mine in the gym. All he wants is to be like his dad and all I have to do is give him time/attention and watch him grow. #theygrowquick

I wish I could teach a class to medical students called ‘how some hospital administrators will try to exploit you.’ It would be an easy class to teach and likely impact their careers as much as anything else they learned.
