Really disappointed in Ticketmaster Bought tickets for NCAA Big 12 game on their site, counting on a routine transaction. Once purchased, Ticketmaster said I would have to create an account on the university website to claim them, but university site won’t honor the purchase.

Be VERY careful about purchasing athletic tickets on Ticketmaster as they only broker them and don’t actually have the tickets.
