You’ve got to admire Sonos for their brass neck in fucking up their app, ruining everyone’s expensive systems and rendering them effectively useless, and then making users agree to waive their rights.

Pretty disappointing that Air Canada can’t seem to deliver a bag that they delayed, despite knowing exactly where it is.
