DRBC staff will present at the Friends of the Upper Delaware River's Upper Delaware River Rendezvous on October 15 & 16! Yesterday, staff attended the annual meeting of the Camden Community Partnership! Held at Adventure Aquarium along the #DelawareRiver, this event celebrates community development efforts in Camden and recognizes the work of community leaders.
Here is the Drought Center's U.S. drought monitor (dated Oct. 7) showing Mid-Atlantic region & close up with the #DelawareRiver Basin boundary. Abnormally dry conditions still in all Basin states. Moderate drought expanded in PA & NJ; severe drought is now also seen in PA & NJ.
On October 23, DRBC Exec. Dir. Kristen Bowman Kavanagh will be speaking during the opening plenary of the 2025 #DelawareRiver Watershed Forum.
