Yesterday I was very lucky indeed. I completed the Bognor #Parkrun but went into cardiac arrest soon after, within metres of an off-duty paramedic & a defibrillator that had never been used before. The defib now has a 100% success rate & I will forever be in the debt of Alice ❤️

Today is the 2nd anniversary of my maternal granddad death. A lot of good to celebrate in his life.I trust he is in a better place now. A relief he is not witnessing horrors unfolding in the homeland & region. He would be pained as he was the kindest most peaceful person I knew.
